I have diverse professional experience across supply chain consulting, operations, sales, and procurement. Currently, as a Raw Materials Procurement Intern at Alpek Polyester in the chemical manufacturing industry, I created an interactive Power BI report detailing demurrage and origin dwell charges for supplier and Alpek-owned rail cars, using live-query Excel data connected to a logistics platform. This report integrated historical and real-time data for comprehensive analysis, allowing users to apply filters for specific years, months, suppliers, owners, and more.

As a Supply Chain Consulting Analyst at USC Operations and Supply Chain Center for Harvest Hope Food Bank, I developed a data-driven food allotment model for equitable USDA food distribution, enhancing service to 20,000 families. I also increased distribution efficiency across three warehouses by improving resource allocation and inventory management. By analyzing data from 152 agencies, I created a model that better reflected agency needs and designed an automated Excel tool to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

At Direct ChassisLink, Inc. as a Road Service & Domestic Commercial Intern, I streamlined the vendor onboarding process by revising SOPs and using the REACH platform, resulting in enhanced efficiency. I forecasted monthly chassis inventories by analyzing real-time usage and historical trends and conducted financial analyses to evaluate the costs and benefits of new domestic operations initiatives.

As a Sales Operations Intern at WebMD, I managed a pipeline of over 100 high-value advertising campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, including Pfizer, Novartis, and Gilead. I collaborated cross-functionally to track and resolve roadblocks in media programs, ensuring successful launches. Additionally, I facilitated complex custom agreements, aligning internal teams and client expectations to drive on-time launches.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, with double majors in Operations and Supply Chain, and Finance, and a concentration in Business Analytics. I was actively involved in the widely recognized Operations and Supply Chain Center at USC, where I gained valuable hands-on experience through a semester-long consulting project, earning my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. During my studies, I was recognized as a Capstone Scholar and consistently achieved academic excellence, earning a place on both the Dean’s Honor List and the President’s Honor List in multiple semesters.
