Description
As the Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve our business objectives.
You will be responsible for leading the P&L process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs that deliver against volume, revenue, and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop brand-building initiatives that drive profitable growth and align with the brand's equity.
Analyze shipment and consumption data to identify business challenges and opportunities, providing recommendations to achieve goals.
Collaborate with sales to create consumer-centric sales strategies and identify profitable merchandising opportunities.
Lead packaging and innovation projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
Oversee the P&L process for innovation, pricing, and trade/marketing support levels to meet business objectives.
Support agency relationships to develop annual marketing plans and create effective consumer programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business discipline; MBA highly desirable.
Three to five years of marketing experience in a consumer products company, preferably in the food industry.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent team leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in consumer insights and new product launches.
Strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
