    Job Summary:


    The Senior Analyst in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) will play a crucial role in our investment banking division, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of equity offerings.

    The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of market trends, extensive financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in equity markets.
    Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate different financial structures and scenarios for equity offerings.
    Collaborate with the deal team to prepare and execute public offerings and private placements of equity.
    Engage with clients to develop equity storylines and investment theses for potential investors.
    Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards.
    Produce pitch books and presentation materials for client meetings, roadshows, and other marketing efforts.
    Monitor the performance of issued equity securities and provide post-deal analysis and reports.
    Support senior staff in client relationship management and business development activities.
    Stay current with industry regulations and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
    3-5 years of experience in investment banking, specifically in equity capital markets or related areas.
    Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical techniques.
    Strong understanding of equity securities and capital market trends.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
