    Job Summary:


    The Senior Analyst - Real Estate Investment will play a pivotal role in our investment team, focusing on market analysis, property valuation, and financial modeling.

    This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate markets and financial analysis, who can effectively contribute to the development and execution of investment strategies.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
    Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk of real estate investments.
    Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
    Monitor economic, social, and regulatory changes that could impact the real estate portfolio.
    Collaborate with the asset management team to enhance property value and optimize investment returns.
    Manage due diligence processes, including financial audits and property inspections.
    Support transaction execution, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and best practices.
    Liaise with external partners, such as brokers, developers, and legal professionals, to gather insights and foster relationships.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or financial analysis.
    Proficient in financial modeling, especially in Excel, and capable of handling complex valuation techniques.
    Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
