    Position Title: Executive Kitchen Manager - Tucson, AZ.
    Role Description: We require a Executive Kitchen Manager who can bring positivity and energy to our team every day. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume, full-service kitchens. Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, mentorship, and maintaining a top-tier culinary team. A thorough understanding of cost analysis and P&L is essential to drive profitability. The Executive Kitchen Manager will also oversee equipment sanitation and maintenance, and must be able to effectively delegate such duties while adhering to the strictest standards and procedures. Flexibility, customer-focus, and the ability to thrive in a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere are key traits we seek in our Executive Kitchen Manager.
