    Duration: Temporary Position (1-Month Contract), with potential for extension

    Hourly Rate: $21/hour

    Contract Type: 1099

    Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday (35 hours/week)

    Location: In-Office Position Only (No Remote)

    Start Date: Immediate

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Data Entry Specialist to join our team for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, along with proven office experience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter data into various systems and databases
    • Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors
    • Organize and maintain files and records
    • Assist with data cleanup and validation projects
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry
    • Previous office experience is required
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Additional Information:

    • This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on business needs.
    • Candidates must be available to work in-office during the specified hours.
