    The ideal Entry-Level Financial Specialist candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about fostering lasting connections and possesses a keen interest in financial data, estate planning, business administration, mutual funds, and related areas.     Compensation:

    $65,000 - $95,000 at plan annually

    Responsibilities:
    • Network within local communities to develop strong relationships
    • Partake in the best training program in the industry
    • Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects
    • Create long-term effective financial solutions for clients
    • Support clients' progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent communicator who is willing to provide great client service
    • A basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well as an interest in the financial industry and financial products, is necessary
    • Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree, but not required
    • FINRA licenses are a plus, but not required
