    Administrative Assistant

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is an Administrative Assistant. This requires a highly organized and efficient individual to join a team and provide crucial support in maintaining day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with leadership to manage their calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring their time is optimized.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
    • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring professional and prompt communication via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
    • Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets and databases, performing routine data analysis and generating reports as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in AA
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other relevant software and tools.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate the capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and take initiative when necessary.

    Details: M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $23hr-$25hr; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
