    Job DescriptionOPPORTUNITY

    LBMC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Enterprise Services teams. The purpose of the Administrative Assistant, Enterprise Services position is to effectively assist in the management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting both the Enterprise Services Leaders and their teams, and for performing general administrative duties as requested. The position is a non-exempt salaried position.

    SCOPE OF WORK
    • Provide administrative support to the Enterprise Services Teams, including:
    • Provide executive support to the leadership team for scheduling and other tasks as needed
    • Perform front of office assistance coverage to the reception area
    • Manage expense reports for the Executive team and their respective departments
    • Coordinate travel & accommodations for leaders as necessary
    • Assist in scheduling meetings for individual leaders as well as internal executive meetings
    • Provide support for putting together PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based reports and the like
    • Coordination and facilitation of office events throughout Enterprise Services teams, catering orders, as well as set up & clean up if necessary
    • Support business development initiatives by coordinating team member enrichment
    • Partnering with other service line support teams to assist with events & offsite meetings
    • Facilitate employee outreach initiatives when needed (funerals, births, surgeries, etc.)
    • Occasional support for client billing or pulling related information
    • Printing / scanning / filing documents
    • Support facilities team and any other ad hoc projects that may arise
    • Daily administrative support while maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all work
    • Adheres to LBMC's defined processes and procedures including the firm's policy on privacy and client confidentiality. Knows and follows the rules, regulations, and the Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Tennessee Board of Public Accountancy, and other regulating bodies as appropriate.
    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • High School Diploma or GED is required, 4+ years of progressive work experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams and/or other virtual conference call software programs)
    • Expert level written and verbal communication
    • Generally comfortable using all current technology
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to speak, read and write in English
    • Successful applicants will present a professional demeanor, be full of grace, flexible, demonstrate integrity, and have a willingness to help others
    • Must be highly-confidential and trustworthy among executive team
    • High performing candidates will also have the ability to multitask, work collaboratively in a team environment and be detail oriented in their work
