    Job Summary:


    The Part-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients at our various locations in Mamaroneck, New York.

    This is a part-time, hourly position in the PCS industry, requiring an individual who is organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

    The role reports directly to the Multi-location Owner and is a key member of the team.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is a part-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16 to $17, which will be paid biweekly.

    As an individual contributor role, the Part-Time Center Associate will still be eligible for benefits, they will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a reputable company.

    Some benefits include a performance bonus and the option to join our 401k retirement plan.


    Responsibilities:


    • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
    • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members
    • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar for multiple locations
    • Process all client payments accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain and organize client files and records
    • Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach initiatives
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

    Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred
    • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
