Fulfillment Center Associate

About this opportunity:

The Fulfillment Center Associateis an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Bandit's fulfillment operation in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

This role is part time Monday-Friday during the hours of 9AM-5PM. Daily schedule is flexible, and each shift is roughly four hours.


What this role is all about:

• Support fulfillment operations including picking, packing & shipping orders
• Process and ship eCommerce, instore pickup orders and returns
• Assist with operations support projects including monthly inventory and organization
• Opportunity for growth as warehouse operations team continues expand

You have:

• Experience in warehouse fulfillment operations, preferably apparel or specialty retail products
• Strong attention to detail and care for the customer experience
• Excellent critical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and busy environment
• Desire to wear many hats, and roll up sleeves as needed in startup environments
• A passion and excitement for running is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be able to load, unload & move heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing order fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
