    Description

    General Summary:

    The Change Management Lead plays a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide Next Generation ERP communications and training. Collaborating across teams, the Lead ensures understanding of current and future ERP states, fosters optimal tool adoption, and mentors client resources for sustained effectiveness. Emphasizing communication excellence, this role enhances organizational engagement and support relationships.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develops change management strategy and collaborates on its implementation with project teams and operational leaders.
    • Leads distribution and analysis of change readiness assessments.
    • Devises resource allocation strategies for ERP training and adoption support.
    • Identifies and mitigates risks related to ERP change management and adoption.
    • Monitors employee engagement and stakeholder involvement.
    • Gathers and analyzes ERP end-user feedback, designing programs to celebrate successful adoption.
    • Directs ERP Support Network activities and integrates stakeholders into project activities.
    • Organizes and leads User Experience Testing.
    • Acts as a liaison between end users and the project team.
    • Collaborates with the marketing team to integrate ERP communication into overall plans.
    • Oversees communication efforts including roadshows, email communications, newsletters, and print collateral production.
    • Manages ERP-related communication distribution lists and website content.
    • Establishes infrastructure for monitoring communication effectiveness.

    Required Education:

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Preferred: PROSCI, Avaap Change Management Academy, or other Change Management certification.

    Required Length & Type of Experience:

    • 5-7 years in a role providing project management support in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience utilizing various ERP systems and applications.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Profound understanding of ERP processes.
    • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas and with executive-level employees.
    • Familiarity with change management tools and communication techniques.
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively and judiciously.
    • Strong customer service ethic, delivering with a sense of urgency and handling confidential information discreetly.
    • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
