Your Job:

As a Team Lead (m/f/d) in Account Management, you will be responsible for our inside sales Account Managers. This role offers the ultimate combination of team leadership, consulting, sales, and creativity.

In this role, you will challenge your team every day.

You will not only monitor the performance indicators of your region to achieve set goals, but also individually support and develop your team members.


Your Profile:


  • You have approximately 24 years of experience in a leadership role (both functional and disciplinary) and possess strong leadership skills your positive and convincing personality makes it easy for you to motivate and inspire others
  • You have completed vocational training or even a degree (in business administration, management, nutrition science, or similar)
  • You are goaloriented and analytical, and enjoy achieving and even surpassing ambitious sales targets with your team
  • You are highly organized, techsavvy, and proficient in reporting. Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce.
