• Currently working as ERM Risk Advisor with Marsh Advisory for developing and implementing enterprise risk framework for Ministry of Energy and the Energy Sector in KSA.
• Earlier worked as ERM Risk Advisor for Social Development Bank-KSA supporting the CRO and risk team in establishing and implementing the risk management framework and function in the bank. This includes conducting benchmarking analysis, gap-assessment, maturity assessment and developing roadmap and risk strategy for implementing risk function and framework. 
• Prior to that worked as ERM Risk Advisor for Accenture Saudi Arabia (project with Central Bank SAMA)
• 12 years with Alinma Bank as Deputy General Manager - Risk Management Group responsible for establishing and managing the ERM function (operational risk management, business continuity, anti-fraud management and insurance).
• 2 years with Al Khalij Commercial Bank, with leading role as compliance expert advising the BOD and “founders’ committee” during private placement & preparing the IPO prospectus.
• 5 years as Chief Operating Officer with International Bank of Qatar with overall responsibility of Operations, IT, Finance and Administration.
• 11 years with KPMG Senior Manager Audit, with exposure on a major and diversified portfolio of clients specialized in conventional and Islamic banking, insurance, hotel industry, trading, and non-profit organization, etc.
