We are seeking a receptionist to provide essential support to our office and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors in person and via phone.- Manage the front desk, including handling incoming/outgoing calls, greeting guests, and managing mail.
- Coordinate conference room schedules and meetings.
- Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
- Maintain inventory of pantry and supply rooms.
- Direct clients to the appropriate staff member and schedule appointments.
- Maintain client log-in sheets and update calendars.
- Assist clients with signing forms and processing payments.
- Ensure the lobby is presentable at all times.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus. -
