Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Receptionist to join our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.

This Receptionist will greet and assist all visitors who present themselves at the firm's main entrance and handle most day-to-day in-office duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Contact the person a visitor wishes to see.
  • Go to mailroom daily and sort all incoming mail.
  • Receive all incoming packages and assist with interoffice mail distribution.
  • Scan, log, and route incoming checks and invoices to appropriate Accounting contacts.
  • Prepare letters, memos, correspondence, and transmittals as needed.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments as needed.
  • Manage all hand deliveries or inperson pickups.
  • Remain knowledgeable on company information including, but not limited to, service lines and geographic locations.
  • Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding, including office entry keys.
  • Order, receive and maintain all office supplies.
  • Assist with office social events and update social calendar.
  • Perform tasks to support various discipline groups within the office, as needed.
  • Perform any scanning and filing duties.
  • Assist with conference room reservations and Teams meeting. Proficiency in room technologies.
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • 12 years of office/customer service.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to problemsolve.
