Greenwich Woods Health Care Center seeks a part time Receptionist
Our facility has served the Fairfield and Westchester Counties for more than thirty years and is located within proximity to all major highways.
Our Receptionists play a key role in our organization, as they present a first impression to our residents and visitors.
We value our employees and support job enthusiasm and positive relationships.Applicant must be a friendly, energetic and compassionate team player
This position is a great opportunity for both students and retirees.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in person or on the telephone.
- Direct visitors.
- Maintain security and issues visitor badges.
- Maintain telecommunication system.
- Handle Administrative tasks, as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Maintain continuity among work teams.
Qualifications:
- Well spoken with a commitment to customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Must be able to take initiative
- Must be cheerful and upbeat with a positive attitude
- Reliability and dependability are a MUST
