We are excited to share an incredible opportunity with you! Join our team at a brand new Home Improvement business headquartered in Atlanta, operating under the umbrella of Upgrade. We have assembled a team of experienced leaders and are now looking for a motivated Account Executive to help grow our sales team across North America.

Here's why this role is special: you'll be part of the foundation of our Home Improvement team. Job Description:

Shape go-to-market offerings and sales processes
Manage end-to-end sales cycle
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in target accounts
Cultivate relationships with clients at the C Suite level
Deliver compelling sales presentations
Achieve sales targets consistently
Promote a motivated and highly efficient team culture
Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition effectively
Iterate messaging for outbound prospecting
Drive account-based sales strategies with leadership teams
Engage with new customers through various channels
Implement high-velocity selling methods
Focus on customer adoption and satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of SaaS or Channel sales experience
Desire to contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Proven track record in building relationships with new clients
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Driven to exceed goals
Collaborative nature for success in cross-functional teams
Adaptable and resilient to changes
Strong work ethic and competitive spirit
