Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to join our real estate development business, specializing in affordable housing projects in Washington, DC.
Based in our downtown office, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, financing, and implementation of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from financing consulting to the development and management of multi-family deals.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
Independently lead and oversee all aspects of planning, financing, and implementation for multiple affordable housing developments in the Washington, DC area.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies, lenders, and community partners, to navigate land transactions, secure financing, and facilitate successful project execution.
Utilize your expertise in real estate development to identify and assess new opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in real estate development, with a focus on acquiring and closing land transactions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex regulatory environments.
Ability to work in office, in Downtown Washington, DC.
What's on Offer
Base salary of $ 120,000 to $ 130,000
Performance related bonus scheme: 15%
Opportunity to participate in deals at GP level.
