- Ability to handle Trust Administration-Decedent's Estate cases from beginning to end
- Ability to handle Conservatorship cases or Probate cases from beginning to end
- Meeting and communicating with prospective and existing clients
- Marshaling, organizing, and analyzing asset information
- Filing documents with the court, scheduling court appearances, and service
- Calendaring and preparing files for hearings and client meetings
- Proven experience in the area of Trust Administrations-Decedent's Estates, and either Conservatorships or Probates
- Paralegal certification or qualifications which satisfy the requirements of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c)
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Actionstep is a plus)
- Detailed-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Reliable commute or will relocate prior to starting position

Compensation:$28 - $36 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:We are a growing Trust, Estates, and Special Needs law firm based in Newport Beach, CA. Our firm provides exceptional personalized legal services and peace of mind that empowers clients to plan for and protect the two most important things in their lives: the people they love (especially those loved ones with a disability) and the assets they possess. We assist clients and their families through significant life changes, ensuring they feel cared for and supported by a team that truly advocates for them. Our commitment lies in offering practical solutions to safeguard clients now and in the future, and guiding them through life's transitions and hurdles. We practice exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Conservatorships, Settlement Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate.
