    Job Details
    To be considered for the Permanent Estate Planning Paralegal role, you must have:


    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the area of estate planning.
    • A comprehensive understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts, ancillary documents, probates, trust administrations, and conservatorships.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
    • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
    • Proficiency in using legal software and other standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
    • A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
