Who You Are:
As a BDR at Citian, you're on the frontline of driving our company's growth in new and existing markets across the U.S. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple responsibilities – qualifying and following up with inbound leads and proactively generating new prospects through outbound activities. You will be traveling to various trade shows and conferences to build leads and our brand. You're confident in speaking to new prospects and developing these into leads and successful outcomes. You're a quick learner and adaptable and have a strong desire to progress through the company.
