- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance business agility across the GTM tech stack.
- Analyze current business processes with stakeholders, find inefficiencies, suggest improvements or automation, and enhance operations.
- Oversee the development, customization, and integration of business systems, applications, and platforms to meet business requirements. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between systems to enable data sharing, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new business systems and processes. Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to ensure successful system implementation and user adoption.
- Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures related to system usage, security, and data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a GTM Systems roadmap and be the primary driver of that roadmap
- Own the end-to-end process for all GTM Systems, which includes: requirements gathering, solution design, build, test and validation, and deployment
- Ability to build systems architecture with an eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business systems management or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams
- Proven experience with enterprise-level systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Certinia, as well as familiarity with other relevant platforms and technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from concept to implementation and delivering measurable outcomes.
