Service Manager Refrigeration Technology


Position Summary:


As a Service Manager for Refrigeration Technology, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the service team in the field of refrigeration technology, with a focus on CO2 refrigeration systems and supermarket refrigeration.

You will be in charge of effectively and efficiently carrying out maintenance, repair, and maintenance services for refrigeration systems, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating the service team in the field of refrigeration technology
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and maintenance services for CO2 refrigeration systems and supermarket refrigeration
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Ensuring smooth execution of service assignments and adherence to schedules
  • Conducting quality controls and continuously improving service processes
  • Communicating and advising customers on technical matters
  • Working closely with management to implement strategic goals and budgets
  • Developing and leading personnel, including training and coaching the service team

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in refrigeration technology or a comparable technical education
  • Several years of experience in maintenance and repair of CO2 refrigeration systems and in the field of supermarket refrigeration
  • Proven experience in a managerial or coordinating position in the field of refrigeration technology
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
  • Strong leadership skills
