    Description

    Clint McLain is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing along strong passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a remarkable 120 years of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes, serving our 2,000 existing business clients while actively seeking out new opportunities and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to achieve these objectives, developing their skills and guiding them towards success. As you become proficient in our systems and procedures, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service and support our current client portfolio
    • Identify and explore new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and drive results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
    • Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Dedication to assisting individuals and cultivating strong relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented outlook
    • Active involvement in the community is desirable
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are necessary
    • A 45-day minimum evaluation period is required before career progression
