    Description

    CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of establishment in the industry, we pave the way forward. This role involves familiarizing yourself with our client-serving procedures for our 2,000 current business partners, expanding our clientele through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in this position, you will progress to the role of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills through our established systems and processes. The compensation for this position is on a weekly basis, with an average income of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activities and results
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Proven ability in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Adaptability to high-paced and occasionally high-stress environments
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement inclination
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preference)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before advancement
