ODELL is in search of a dedicated leader to join their team, someone who is fueled by enthusiasm and a sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we continue to set the standard in our industry. As part of this role, you will immerse yourself in our client service processes, catering to a roster of 2,000 business clients, and cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks effectively.
As you grow within the role, you will evolve into the position of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills by leveraging our established systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average within the first year.
