    Description

    CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who brings passion and purpose to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are paving the way forward. As part of this role, you will dive into servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships to bring in new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to do the same. Your journey with us will see you evolve into an Agency Director, mastering our processes and systems along the way. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Effective prioritization and delegation abilities
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
    • Passion for people and relationship building
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community involvement mindset
    • CRM knowledge (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and U.S. work eligibility
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
