    Sterling Engineering is a growing staffing and engineering services firm that specializes in placing top talent in the U.S and Ireland. Our firm has recently partnered with a large, and rapidly growing package manufacturer on bringing in a Recruiter to help grow the staff in their Chicagoland facility. This company is known for its exceptional culture, plentiful growth opportunities, and ability to work in a cross-functional setting.

    What You Will Be Handling?
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates while providing a positive candidate experience.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Post jobs that accurately depict role, and organization
    • Lead recruitment processes for hourly manufacturing employees
    • Applicant tracking
    What Is Needed?
    • Bachelors preferred
    • At least 2 years of recruitment experience
    • Experience working on roles that deal in manufacturing/technical work
