production managers work directly with the operations team to define workflow,

continuous process improvement, and accountability objectives.

Job Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and creative on-site recruiter to join our

team. The On-Site Recruiter is responsible for leading the way in finding and

attracting top talent to our company and keeping the location fully staffed

This is a full-time position with opportunities of advancement.

Main responsibilities

Efficiently fills all open hourly roles at assigned location by attracting and recruiting top talent through various channels including social media, onsite activities, calling and texting applicants, internet job boards, and employee referrals.
Build relationships with hiring managers and customer within assigned location
Manage and lead job fairs, presentations, and a variety of other recruiting activities
Conducts first day walk throughs.
Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including ADA; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of the recruitment process.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Area manager.

Qualifications

13 years of recruiting experience preferred.
Be fully bilingual in English and (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
13 years of sales or retail experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and budget time effectively
Possess a sales mindset and be goaldriven.
Highly motivated, outstanding work ethic, and a competitive drive to be the very best
Willing to try various approaches; brings a creative mindset to the role
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must
Microsoft Office proficient

Salary and benefits
- $18 - $19/HR depending on experience
