Location(s): Arlington Heights, IL; may require travel to McHenry county as well as the Gurnee area depending on where staff are needed; may require traveling to job fairs and out in the local community to promote our agency


Hours:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35hours / week


Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services organization that specializes in providing innovative opportunities and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

This recruiter will be responsible for all recruiting efforts pertaining to recruiting for Direct Support Professionals.

This will include posting job advertisements, collecting and reviewing resumes, calling applicants and pre-screening them, scheduling interviews, facilitating the interview process including showing the Realistic Job Preview video and administering the Literacy test, finding a variety of recruiting sources we can utilize, and attending job fairs.


The recruiter must have:


  • Valid IL driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least one year of recruiting experience
