you. In this role, you'll support Uline's Campus Recruiting initiatives from our robust internship program to maintaining an early talent pipeline for our growing North American company

Position Responsibilities

  • Recruit the next generation of leaders for Uline's corporate internship and entrylevel job openings.
  • Plan, support and represent Uline at university interview days, career fairs, student organization presentations and other campus recruiting events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Uline hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
  • Own relationships with designated schools and explore new universities to support expending college recruitment efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), business or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, talent acquisition or internships.
  • Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline's North American locations as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
