    Job Description:

    Main Responsibilities:
    Loan Processing/Portfolio Refinances

    Development Loan Draw Tracking

    Banking

    Due Diligence for Note Participations


    Required Competencies:
    Attention to Detail

    Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

    Can navigate Excel, Word, PowerPoint efficiently

    Detailed-oriented, thorough and organized work

    Professional written/verbal communication skills

    Essentials of basic finance/real estate principles/terminology

    Strong organizational skills and customer service skills

    Ability to work in a team environment
