    Position Summary

    The ideal Inside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities by calling borrowers from our massive lead generation pipeline. This position will help guide customers through the application process while providing professional, over the phone communication to potential borrowers. A good Inside Sales Representative candidate can work well in a fast-paced environment while under pressure, achieve goals, and strives for excellence even in challenging economies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ability to generate business from potential and existing customers through a large and provided lead generation pipeline.
    • An ideal Inside Sales Representative will provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound sales calls with a high conversion rate while achieving volume goals set and timely communication with customers.
    • Contact and gather information from potential clients and scheduling appointments with our loan officers.
    • Office Support for Loan Officers.
    • Knowledge to maintain customer and agent information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for Loan Officers.
    • Varied other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.
    • Must be available to work weekends.
    • Overtime hours are available with pre-approval.

    Education and Experience

    • The preferred Inside Sales Representative would have 2 years of cold calling or Sales Support experience, but not required.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • The ideal Inside Sales Representative must be proactive, take initiative, be a driving force, good decision-making skills, and have the willingness to ask questions and follow directions.
    • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Email, CRM.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professional integrity while maintaining a positive, helpful, and constructive attitude within work relationships.
    • High level of customer service and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic and changing environment.

    *This position prefers National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, or candidate to be willing to acquire the necessary licensing.
