    Job Description: As a Sales Manager, your main focus will be catering to legacy customers in the West Region of the US. You will report directly to the Customer Care Sales Manager and deliver exceptional service and sales support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Enhance relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
    • Drive sales of parts by providing pricing, availability, and project upgrade offerings.
    • Utilize sales tools to manage territories and track sales performance.
    • Act as a primary contact for addressing customer issues and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive parts and project sales in the region.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales to OEM customers.
    • 8 years' experience in territory sales of food processing equipment.
    • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to present and collaborate effectively across different levels of the company.
    • Travel required within the West Region.
