    Maintenance/Porter Associate | Floater

    Shift/Hours: Variable Shifts
    Pay Rate: Minimum: $16

    Maximum: $16

    Location: Staten Island Residents encouraged to apply
    Experience: 2+ years

    Maintenance/Porter Associate Position Summary:

    As a Maintenance/Porter Associate, you will be responsible for supporting facility management by ensuring the building is well-maintained and clean.

    Maintenance/Porter Associate Responsibilities Include:

    • Sweep facility floors, clean restrooms, and windows
    • Change light bulbs and remove debris from roof drains
    • Assist with incidental repairs, and snow removal, and ensure facility grounds are free of debris
    • Perform restorative painting and fix any ceiling/floor leaks
    • Maintain records of all maintenance performed and restock supplies as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Maintenance/Porter Associate Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively without assistance
    • Must be punctual/Timely
    • Ability to work independently and complete assignments
    • Multi- tasking/communication skills
