_Building Porter Property Maintenance_

Maintenance Porter Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • Assist the team to complete all jobs
  • Maintain an orderly maintenance shop
  • Assist with other areas of business demands as needed

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detailoriented

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
