Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Porter/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine porter/maintenance tasks such as cleaning, trash removal and painting
• Sweeping and mopping all building common areas and exterior sidewalks
• Preparing trash and recycling for pickup
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
• Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:
$16.00 per hour
