We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Associate to help strengthen and expand our network of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with brokers, with the goal of securing a steady stream of deals for Janover .
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships and track interactions and communications with CRE brokers, encouraging them to send deals
Explore opportunities for partnership expansions, thus securing a steady stream of multifamily, commercial real estate, and small business deals
Initiate and lead outbound business development efforts to engage potential broker partners
Manage and report on existing and potential broker partnerships in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot, to ensure accuracy and timeliness of their Contact Record information, as well as proactively track interactions, deals, and tasks related to broker partnerships
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and promotion strategies targeting brokers, creating a roadmap for sustained relationship management
Design, implement, and later iterate to streamline processes related to partnerships
Work closely with the management team to set goals, determine strategies, and measure partnership performance
Create objectives and key results in order to measure sales that come from brokers and affiliates, and suggest and implement modifications with the aim of increasing profitability
Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategic planning
Improve customer service to brokers and create and document systems of customer service automation
Requirements
You have a track record of selling software solutions to CRE brokers
Alternatively, you have direct experience in the industry as a CRE associate or broker
Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
Experiential Nice to haves
1 year of experience in partnership management
Experience with HubSpot sales
