    Description

    Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology startup that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Product Manager

    Who are you? You are a results-driven individual who wants to see Mural Health grow You are excited to be part of a fast-paced environment and help a wide range of biotechs and pharmaceuticals streamline their clinical trial payments. You will be a key contributor to the product strategy and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform product ideas into reality

    You will:

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
    • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
    • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities
    • Collaborate with the engineering team and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
    • Participate in the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning
    • Conduct user testing, usability studies, and data analysis to inform product decisions and iterate on product improvements
    • Track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for optimization
    • Serve as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by presenting product updates, demos, and roadmaps to stakeholders and customers
    • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our product

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 4+ years of proven experience in product management roles
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making and product strategy
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous experience in the software industry, with SaaS products is a plus
