Case by Case - the fulfillment division of Case Paper and we're on a roll so we're hiring We need a Production Lead for our Philadelphia team

What exactly does this position entail, you ask? If you are comfortable working in a fast
- paced environment where the finished products you are working with change from project to project and you have a chance to learn something new on a regular basis - we should talk If you have experience in the contract packaging or co-manufacturing industry, even better, but not a requirement.

Lead by example, motivate others, and get things done Some of what we'd like to have in our newest team member are:

• Supervisory and/or leadership, preferably in a similar industry. Ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity from the team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to see projects through from start to finish with problem solving and sound decisionmaking along the way.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to support operational requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards at all times.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Pay:
$52, $56,000.00 per year
