Job Summary:


You will work remotely and will report to the Vice-President & Product Line Manager of the Digital Workplace team and will be part of the Federal Reserve System's National IT Organization.


What You Will Do:

  • Anticipate internal and external business challenges and regulatory issues; recommend process, product, or service improvements.
  • Help solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Contribute to the development of functional strategy in the security and compliance space.
  • Lead or consult with product teams to achieve milestones and goals.
  • Oversee and be accountable for product outcomes and product support throughout its lifecycle (e.g., concept, design, development, launch, ongoing enhancements / maintenance, and retirement) within an Agile environment.
  • Lead the implementation of unified communications strategic product roadmaps and longterm vision to support goals and ensure delivery of quality product(s).
  • Lead product managers/owners, business analysts, and crossfunctional teams responsible for entire product life cycle, ensure agreement, and champion value of the product.
  • Oversee design and implementation of multiple product adoption strategies, including organizational change management and training.
  • Oversee the product user support and ensure product issues are addressed according to the agreed upon service level agreement (SLA).
  • Guide development of funding and pricing strategies, if applicable.
  • Perform people management responsibilities such as hiring, staff development, coaching, employee performance appraisals, compensation decisions, and other personnel actions for onsite and remote management and staff.
  • Stay up to date with customer needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement, ensuring the voice of the customer from product vision through product roadmap is represented.
  • Cultivate relationships with important partners to ensure delivery and overall satisfaction of quality product(s) and services.

What You Have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience with direct supervisory responsibilities, with at least three years of highlevel leadership experience over multiple unified communications solutions preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of product management expertise in developing product roadmaps and product visions preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience leading team(s) within an Agile environment.
  • Experience engaging senior partners and driving organizational change.
  • Experience creating strategy and organizational change management.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
The salary range for this position is: $162,700 - $228,000.

Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills, and internal equity and alignment with market data.
