Your Role

Your challenge will be to further improve, optimize and automate the company's operations. The focus is on professional growth. Think, for example, of shortening lead times, reducing downtime and waiting times, increasing employee skills, and expanding employability. In addition, you will focus on implementing technical solutions to increase productivity and performance, as well as monitoring production costs. Of course, you guarantee the quality that Aluxe stands for. In short: there is a lot to do.

Your goal will be to drive progress and improve day by day. To do this, you will create and implement strategic plans and ensure that they are followed. You set clear goals and communication lines, and ensure effective and efficient production. You also act as a link between the production team and other departments of the company.

In addition, your responsibilities include:

Daily production management;

Motivating, coaching, and training colleagues (coordinators and production staff);
