Addiction Therapist (VDR recognized / m,w,d) Full-time position · Addiction Help Center Cologne Hansaring Your responsibilities Planning and conducting group therapy sessions and individual conversations as part of outpatient rehabilitation for addiction (ARS) / outpatient rehab for pathological gambling Planning and documenting treatments Contributing to the conceptual development of the location Crisis intervention Collaboration with pre- and post-treatment facilities, service providers, specialized institutions, and drug assistance facilities in Cologne Your profile A prerequisite for employment is a therapeutic education recognized by the pension insurance providers or VDR for conducting individual and group therapy or medical rehabilitation for addiction (or in advanced training < 1 year) Confident and convincing demeanor Ability to act independently and in a structured manner Self-initiative, flexibility, creativity, and teamwork ability High resilience in dealing with challenging rehabilitants Enjoyment of constructive collaboration in a multidisciplinary treatment team Also advantageous Previous experience in working with addicted / multiply burdened individuals Previous experience in report writing Why us?
