Join our dynamic and innovative production team in Yeadon, PA and become an essential part of our success.

As the Production Manager at our Sternschanze location, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes and significantly contribute to maintaining our quality standards.


In this key position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing and optimizing production processes and quality controls
  • Procuring materials according to demand and managing inventory
  • Coordinating external service providers and overseeing the cleaning company
  • Conducting incoming and outgoing goods inspections with documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with prescribed temperature and cleaning requirements
  • Developing and sustainably securing delivery standards
  • Leading and developing our team in operations
  • Managing the company's fleet
  • Acting as fire protection officer, occupational safety officer, and HACCP officer
  • Reviewing and evaluating relevant technical information
