    Description


    We are looking for a Field Sales Representative specialized in Renewables who will be in charge of selling Solar and EV products and services to existing customers and generating leads in local markets.

    This position involves having a deep understanding of the company's offerings, products, and marketing strategies, as well as prior sales background. Join our team and be part of the exciting world of renewable energy!


    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identifying key accounts with high sales potential
    - Pinpointing decision-makers in the buying process
    - Establishing account coverage for key clients
    - Conducting regular and impactful sales visits to decision-makers
    - Organizing product trials and demonstrations for customers
    - Managing activities at trade shows and following up on leads
    - Resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly
    - Collaborating with Distributor sales networks
    - Exploring new product opportunities with clients
    - Working closely with Product Management and R&D for market insights
    - Monitoring expenses and product samples effectively
    - Providing sales forecasts on a regular basis
    - Maintaining communication through trip reports and updates

    Gain knowledge about PLP's target markets and the usage of its products by customers. Travel and collaborate with other sales professionals to enhance your understanding of PLP's sales approach.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    - High school diploma or equivalent. Sales courses or college degree preferred

    - 3 to 5 years of successful field sales experience, outside plant construction experience, and/or relevant engineering background, particularly in PLP's markets

    - Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
    - Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time
