    Responsibilities

    As the Territory Account Manager, you will report into the Division Sales Manager (DSM,) Southeast Commercial, executing all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products.

    You will engage with health care professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients in private practice settings, office, hospital, and dialysis.

    Daily travel and work within your assigned territory boundaries.

    Territory Covers:
    Boston, MA and surrounding cities
    Call on and engage with Nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations and their staff to promote portfolio of company productsSell the benefits of company products to all key customers, including physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and others as assignedDemonstrate advanced disease state knowledge and promote product knowledge of company products, competitive products, and renal specialtiesEstablish positive and productive relationships among marketplace networks within the territoryAnalyze sales performance and adjust business plan and approach accordinglyMaintain up-to-date call records for all field contacts; submit reports and paperworkRepresent a positive and professional image of the company externally and internallyCollaborate with Commercial partners

    Qualifications:
    The knowledge necessary to perform the responsibilities of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience, or the equivalent:
    Bachelor's degree4+ years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industryProven track record as a top sales performerDemonstrated knowledge of account-based sellingAccount management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
    Preferred Requirements
    Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, and Hospital sales experienceExperience working within IDN systems
