    Description

    Job Description:
    The

    Training and Education Workshop Coordinator

    is primarily responsible for supporting Nobel Biocare hands-on workshops, including speaker communication regarding planning, and materials reservation. This role is a hybrid position and will require someone in the office Tuesday-Thursday.

    Coordinates shipping and or staging depending on program location; follows up with the speaker to ensure station set-up documentation and accuracy.

    Assists clinicians with live surgeries and or procedures conducted in the US; assists with hands-on programs that involve the use of a specimen (pig jaws, cadavers, etc), and orders all necessary supplies about such workshops
    Coordinates all lab programs, and prepares all materials, equipment, and pertinent course-related paperwork (sign-in sheets, etc)
    Provides support for all field rep programs when necessary
    Provides support during the use of the surgical suite and lab room in Yorba Linda.
    Serves as phone support for the Education Department and assists with registrations (phone and Internet)
    Issues Continuing Education Credits in accordance with CDE protocols, and prepares course evaluations, name badges and sign-in sheets for individual programs (as needed)
    Supports national sales training manager with station training for all new representative hires when needed

    High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates degree is a plus
    2 years' experience with invoicing or administrative responsibilities in a deadline driven environment; a dental clinical background is highly preferred
    Possess strong interpersonal writing organizational and presentation skills.
    Must be extremely detailed and to stay focus under pressure.
    Ability to manage time and workload
    Ability to problem solve and multitask in face paced environment.
    Intermediate spreadsheet knowledge is required.
    Must possess professional telephone demeanor ability to negotiate word processing program skills record keeping and filing.
    Positive attitude with track record of success in setting and achieving goals

    Target Market Salary Range:


    Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.

    The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

    At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
