Position overview
The PMNA Workshop Coordinator primarily coordinates all upcoming projects, build processes, sublet parts, external orders, payables and change processes for the Workshop.
Roles & responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all Workshop Projects
- Initiate and coordinate Check In / Out & Ship all Engine and Gearbox Projects
- Establish and maintain complete PR/PO Processes
- Process all Workshop Payables
- Establish and coordinate relationship with Vendor / Sublet
- Coordinate Technical Change in Workshop
- Organize Revision Parts Lists
- Support General Data and Systems
- Other duties and/or responsibilities as required or assigned
QualificationsQualifications***Education
- College degree or equivalent in a technical area preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Porsche product experience preferred
- Motorsport background a plus
- Project Management experience
- Strong Skills with MS Office, databases and spreadsheets
- Staff Coordination experience

- Team player able to work with other departments, vendors and customers
- Selfmotivator who can work independently of supervision

- Able to positively respond to constructive feedback
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Strong Communicator and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to set and meet strict deadlines
Schedule/Shift: 8 hours per day Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 5pm pacific time.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- This job operates in an automotive workshop and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, automotive parts at operational temperature and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
