    Our client, a leading Los Angeles based Property Management and Development Company has an opportunity for an Area Bi-Lingual Spanish - Apartment and Leasing Agent.

    *This is an "area" role visiting multiple properties daily in Los Angeles.

    *You will have one assistant Leasing/Office Assistant.

    *Leasing Manager Duties:
    • Heavy involvement with conducting showings of apartment units throughout Los Angeles as vacancies arise.
    • Must be comfortable driving, setting schedule, daily reports, and personable.
    • This position heavily involves the leasing process (posting ads online, showing apartments around Los Angeles).
    • Develop and manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Identify market needs and trends.
    • Develop, maintain, and recruit leasing personnel.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Establish and maintain a positive image with the public.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties.
    • Be involved in sales and marketing.
    • Oversee record keeping.
    *Leasing Manager Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain leasing and property management programs for new and renewal tenants.
    • Maintain or replace tenant profiles to include financial, demographic, and property information, and maintain building databases.
    • Screen applicants for credit and background, conduct credit, criminal, and eviction checks.
    • Oversee marketing, leasing, and management of commercial properties.
    • Conduct property tours, negotiate leases, and oversee tenant move-in or move-out.
    • Conduct post move-in inspections and provide 24/7 emergency service.
    • Conduct regular property inspections, and review and approve work orders.
    • Create operating budgets, and review and respond to tenant complaints.
    • Make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI.
    • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to fulfill projects.
    • Oversee maintenance and repair of common areas and tenant spaces, including routine inspections.
    *Requirements And Skills: * 3+ years' proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing; experience in luxury housing, affordable housing, property manager, leasing agent, multi-family housing, senior living may be acceptable.

    • Thorough knowledge of property management software.
    • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Required - Bilingual Spanish.
    • AppFolio a plus.
